Dragonfly Fibers Djinni Sock

Wingspan: 182 cm / 72 inches
Hook: 4.5 mm (H Hook)
Construction:
Phoenix begins in the centre of the straight edge with a Magic Loop into which your first row of Tunisian Crochet is worked. Pulling the Magic Loop closed turns this row into a little semi-circle. The shawl then grows row upon row with regular increases at the edges and centre to make a triangular shape.
The lace panels are then worked, with increases built into them to ensure your shawl stays triangular and continues to grow.
The edge of the shawl features a series of short rows that add the flaming ruffle making this truly a phoenix-inspired pattern.
