This pattern uses Tunisian crochet techniques and was designed to be made with a regular, short crochet hook.

Hook: 5.5 mm (I Hook)
Construction:
Uisce Caoimh starts out as a flat sheet of Tunisian Crochet rows that is folded to make a simple shoulder shrug.
The body is then worked using similar techniques and the two pieces are sewn together.
