What to do if you don’t receive your patterns
It’s highly unlikely that you will have this problem, but glitches happen, so:
As this is a digital pattern you have purchased you have several ways to download it.
1. After payment is received at our end you will be automatically taken to a web page to download your pattern pdf. You can just click, download and go.
2. The email address you gave will receive both your invoice and a link to click and download at your convenience. It may be lurking in your junk mail. It’s worth checking in there first.
Some email providers take a little longer to register an incoming mail, so please give it a few minutes if it doesn’t appear immediately.
If it’s not there, it’s time to make sure you gave me the right address.
Questions to ask yourself:
Are you logged into PayPal with a different email address?
Did you spell your address correctly (this happens more often than you can imagine. Check specifically for typos like “gamil.com” instead of “gmail.com”)
If you find a typo, contact me here with the correction and any payment details you have to hand (date and amount spent should be enough) and I’ll alter the order manually.
If you’ve run through everything above, and still no joy, please contact me and let me know.
